Towson Softball Takes Care of Bellarmine and Furman on Day Two of the Furman Invitational

GREENVILLE, S.C. – Towson softball picked up their first two wins of the season with a 3-1 win against Bellarmine and a 4-2 win against Furman on Saturday. Madyson Peters drove in a pair of runs over the two games.

Towson (2-1) used a two-run third inning against Bellarmine (1-7) and a three-run fifth against Furman (2-4) to break open both games. Erin Brown and Maddie Gardner each picked up their first wins as Tigers on Saturday.
