BOX SCORE PIKESVILLE, Md.- The Towson University Tigers tennis team went against CAA foe Drexel on Saturday night. The Tigers fell to the Dragons 4-3 in a close battle in Pikesville. The Black & Gold picked up three singles points but dropped both doubles matches to snap its three-game win streak. Towson returns to action against Stony Brook on Thursday, March 16th in West Point, N.Y. at 6:30 p.m.
"We had a tremendous opportunity to beat a very good Drexel team tonight but it fell through our hands. We competed hard but fell short and lost a tough doubles point. We look forward to getting back at it next weekend", said Head Coach
Jamie Peterson.
