TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's basketball team hosted Stony Brook in a pivotal seeding matchup on Thursday night. The Tigers (18-10, 12-5 CAA) surged past the Seawolves (17-11, 11-6 CAA) 76-67 in a back-and-forth game.
Patricia Anumgba led Towson with a career-high 20 points while
Kylie Kornegay-Lucas finished with 20 points, 12 rebounds, five steals and five assists to register her fifth double-double.
Skye Williams added 16 points on 67% shooting.
