Towson Women’s Lacrosse Falls to #9/11 Stony Brook in a Hard-Fought Battle

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's lacrosse team hosted #9/11 Stony Brook in a battle for first place in the CAA. The Tigers (10-5, 5-1 CAA) fell to the Seawolves (11-3, 6-0 CAA) 14-11 after Stony Brook scored eight goals in the first quarter.
 
Lindsey Marshall had a career-high six points with five goals and an assist while Gabby Garrett added five points on three assists and two goals. Jo Torres finished with 13 saves for the second consecutive game.
