Cheyenne Beayon threw a complete game in her longest outing of her career in the win.
Towson (29-23) stays unbeaten in the tournament and will continue in the winner's bracket against the winner of No. 2 UNCW and No. 3 Hofstra tomorrow afternoon.

How It Happened:
- Towson would get a pair on in the opening inning but could not cash in.
- Delaware would get the scoring started in the second with a pair of runs to take the early lead.
- However, the Tigers would have the answer. Briana Ramirez reached on a fielder's choice and worked to second on a stolen base. She would be brought in on a Cori Jones double.
- Madyson Peters would tie the game just pitches later on an RBI single to left to tie it at 2-2.
- From there both starting pitchers would battle, holding off the other batters.
- Towson would a big double play in the sixth and a bases loaded strikeout from Cheyenne Beayon to force extra innings.
- The Tigers would load the bases on a double from Cori Jones, single from Mackenzie Lake and intentional walk from Madyson Peters to load the bases in the eighth.
- Addie Ferguson once again came through clutch with a two-RBI single to left center to give Towson a 4-2 lead.
- After getting a pair of quick outs in the eighth, Beayon got a ground ball back to the circle to close out the game for a 4-2 win.

Towson continues in the winner's bracket and will face the winner of No. 2 UNCW and No. 3 Hofstra tomorrow, May 12 at noon on FloSoftball. The winner of that game moves on to the championship game.
