TOWSON, Md. – Towson University swimmer
Brian Benzing is set to compete in the Phillips 66 National Swimming Championships at the Indiana University Natatorium from June 27 to July 1. Preliminary heats begin at 10 a.m. daily with the finals sessions set for 7 p.m. each evening.
The finals session will air live on Peacock each night at 7 p.m.
The meet features a long course 50-meter pool which allows competitors to qualify for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials by eclipsing the meet's time standards.
Benzing will compete in the 50-meter butterfly on Wednesday, the 50-meter breaststroke on Thursday and the 100-meter breast with a chance to qualify for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials on Friday. In addition, he will race the clock in a 50-meter freestyle time trial today.
The meet's order of events is included below. Heats will alternate starting with the women's heats followed by the men's heats, except for the distance events listed on days one and five.
