HAMPTON, Va. – The Towson University volleyball team started Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) play on Saturday afternoon against the Hampton Lady Pirates. The Tigers (8-3, 1-0 CAA) swept the Lady Pirates (0-3, 0-1 CAA) 25-13, 25-19, 25-11 at Holland Hall.
Nina Cajic had nine kills on .444 hitting percentage while adding eight digs and three service aces.
Aayinde Smith and
Victoria Barrett each had eight kills and two total blocks each with Barrett adding ten digs.

- Towson held the Lady Pirates to -.032 hitting percentage, the lowest the Tigers have held an opponent this season.

- Sarah Jordan totaled 24 assists and a team-best 11 digs to earn her fourth double-double of the season.
- Towson remains undefeated against Hampton with a 4-0 record.
