NEWARK, Del. – The Towson University women's soccer team traveled to Newark to take on the Delaware Blue Hens on Thursday night. The Tigers (5-4-9, 3-2-4 CAA) tied the Blue Hens (6-6-5, 4-2-3 CAA) 0-0.
In the first half, the Tigers created two early chances, but both shots were saved by Kyla Burns. The teams went back and forth, but neither team could find the back of the net as the match finished in a 0-0 tie.

- In the 17th minute, Kale'a Perry played in a cross to Malin Bernt Schöps who had her header saved by Burns.
- Emma Levin had a long-distance attempt caught by Burns late in the first half.
- Riley Melendez made her only save of the match in the 55th minute when Caitlin St. Leger fired a shot from long-distance.
- Thibeault took a shot from atop the box in the 71st minute, but the shot went over the crossbar.
- Perry had her shot saved by Burns at the near post in the 83rd minute.
- A couple of minutes later, Perry fired a shot that was curling towards the far post, but her shot was saved by Burns.
- Perry had another chance in the final minutes when she dribbled past her defender, but her shot went just wide of the post as the Tigers drew Delaware 0-0.
