MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The Towson University men's basketball team took on the Robert Morris Colonials at UPMC Events Center on Tuesday night. The Tigers (4-8) fell to the Colonials (7-5) 68-67 on a last second shot.
Tyler Tejada tied a career-high with 30 points on 12-of-21 (57.1%) shooting, including going perfect from behind the arc (3-of-3).
Mekhi Lowery finished with eight points, going perfect from the floor, while adding a season-high five assists and two blocks.

- The Tigers shot 54.3% from the floor while Robert Morris shot 48.9%, including 66.7% in the second half.

- The teams went back-and-forth trading baskets then Towson scored eight of the next ten points to extend its lead to 13 with 7:43 remaining in the first half.

- Towson had a chance to take the lead, but the corner three was blocked. The Tigers dropped the non-conference game 68-67.
