Towson Men’s Basketball Second Half Comeback Falls Short against UMBC

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University men's basketball team hosted the UMBC Retrievers in the Charm City Hoops Classic at TU Arena. The Tigers (4-6) fell to the UMBC (6-5) 84-71 on Saturday
 
Dylan Williamson led the Tigers with 21 points shooting 61.5% from the field. Tyler Tejada finished with 18 points and nine rebounds off the bench.

  • The Tigers won the rebounding battle, 48-32.
  • The Retrivers shot 51.7% from the floor while Towson shot 38.5%.
