BOX SCORE ANNAPOLIS, Md.- The Towson University tennis team opened its 2024 spring season against the Navy Midshipmen on Saturday afternoon. The Black & Gold were defeated 7-0 by the Midshipmen. The Tigers will start CAA play next Saturday against the UNCW Seahawks at Coppermine Bare Hills at 6 p.m.

"For our first match of the season and Navy's 11th, we competed very well against a great team that is disciplined and well coached. Our doubles was disappointing, but we finished strong in the singles matches, losing close matches", said Jamie Peterson.
