New Faces
The Black & Gold welcome three new players for this upcoming season with two freshmen and one senior transfer.
Ashira Murray comes to Towson after playing across the pond in England, while
Chandrè Boshoff comes over from South Africa.
Mya Spencer joins the Tigers after playing three seasons as Saint Louis and is a Bowie, Maryland native. Spencer totaled 37 singles wins and 35 doubles wins for the Billikens. Fall RecapÂ
Towson competed in five tournaments during the fall season. The Tigers started with three wins in the Towson Hidden Dual Tournament. At the Tribe Invitational, the Tigers picked up five wins with
Mya Spencer winning a consolation bracket championship. Towson competed in the Navy Blue & Gold Invitational next. The Tigers totaled two singles wins and one doubles victory. The Black & Gold went down the road and took part in the Greyhounds Women's Tennis Classic. Towson picked up 11 victories as three doubles pairs reached their respective finals. The Tigers closed out the fall season at the ITA Atlantic Regional.

The Black & Gold returned to non-conference action against FDU.
Mya Spencer and
Olivia Rothfeld battled in their respective matches, but fell in tie breaking sets as the Tigers dropped the match 7-0 to the Knights.
Hofstra Scouting Report
The Pride bring in a 3-5 record into Saturday's match. Hofstra opened the season with losses to Penn and Quinnipiac, but bounced back with three straight wins. The Pride defeated Seton Hall 4-3, then followed up with a 6-1 win over Marist. Hofstra picked up a 5-2 win over Providence, then snapped their win streak with a 5-2 loss to Lehigh. The Pride fell to NJIT 6-1 and dropped their most recent match to Rhode Island 6-1.
