TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University soccer team hosted the St. John's Red Storm in Towson's home opener. The Tigers (1-1-1) drew the Red Storm (1-0-1) 1-1 on Thursday night as
Kale'a Perry scored her first goal for the Tigers.
Towson held off early pressure from St. John's to remain scoreless at the break.
Kale'a Perry found the back of the net after she fired a shot from outside the box that bounced in off the post to give Towson a 1-0 lead. The Red Storm equalized seven minutes later to draw the match 1-1.
