TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's soccer team hosted the Northeastern Huskies at Tiger Field in Towson's CAA home opener. The Tigers (2-3-6, 0-1-1 CAA) drew the Huskies (0-6-4, 0-1-1 CAA) 2-2 on Thursday evening.
Towson jumped out to an early lead on
Kale'a Perry's second goal of the season. The Huskies evened the score right before half.
Danielle Campbell gave the Tigers a 2-1 lead early in the second half, but the Huskies scored late to draw the match 2-2.

- Towson got off to a fast start, scoring six minutes into the match. Kale'a Perry scored her second goal on the season on a volley off a Sophie Thibeault cross.
- The Huskies tried to find the equalizer right away, but Riley Melendez made her first save of the match.
- The Tigers tried to double their lead in the 25th minute, but Thibeault's shot was saved. The rebound fell back to Thibeault, but her second effort went off the crossbar.

- Ryann Leohner tried to extend Towson's lead in the 71st minute, but her shot went over the crossbar.
- The Huskies found an equalizer in the 87th minute to draw the match 2-2.
