BOX SCORE Towson, Md. - The Towson University tennis team dropped to Johns Hopkins Friday night at Coppermine – Bare Hills in the team's third match of the spring season.
Towson's No. 1 doubles duo of Chandré Boshoff and
Kiersten Tambe grabbed a 6-2 win over Hopkins to start the night, but the Tigers fell to the Blue Jays 4-0.
"This was a tough loss for us. We lost winnable matches and were in the middle of three tight matches at singles No. 2, 3 and 5 when the match was clinched. Looking for us to bounce back and have a better day at Navy tomorrow", said head coach
