TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's lacrosse team closed out its three-game homestand by hosting the #10 Princeton Tigers on Friday night. Towson (5-4) fell to #10 Princeton (7-1) 17-13 at Tiger Field.
Milana Zizakovic led the Tigers with a season-high five goals while
Luca DeMaio scored three goals, tying a season-high.
Ocea Leavy totaled three points tonight tallying two goals and an assist.

- Valerie Thompson scored Towson's first goal when she fired a shot far post that got past Hughes.
- Milana Zizakovic cut the deficit to one a few minutes later when she scored a no-look goal.
- Princeton scored less than two minutes later to restore a two-goal lead, but Zizakovic scored her second goal of the game right before the end of the first quarter to trail by one.

- Thompson added a late goal, but Towson fell to Princeton 17-13.
