  • In the bottom of the 2nd, a pair of singles and an error put runners on second and third with two outs for Trinity Glover who hit an RBI double to open the scoring. Another pair of singles plated two more Aggies, and it was 3-0 North Carolina A&T after two innings.
  • Following a scoreless 3rd inning, three straight Tigers singled to lead off the top of the fourth. Madyson Peters drew an RBI walk and Kaci Benton reached on an error to make it 3-2 the Alyssa Myint hit a bases clearing double to cap off a five-run inning and put Towson ahead 5-3.
  • Joey Barkhimer entered to pitch after Myint's double with zero outs in the 4th and allowed only one hit over the next three innings.
