RICHMOND, Va. – The Towson University men's basketball team and the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) have announced the team's league opponents for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
Announced by the league office, teams will play an 18-game conference schedule against the other 12 league members. Each team will have six repeat opponents, consisting of home-and-away games, and three home-only and away-only foes. All teams will have nine home and nine away games each.
In addition, the league has announced each teams' permanent opponents, including two of the six repeat opponents, to "preserve regional rivalries and geographic ties," per the CAA. Towson's permanent opponents will be Drexel and Monmouth.
Dates and times for league games will be announced at a later date. Games will be played primarily on Thursdays and Saturday plus will have select Monday contests.
Coming off its first outright CAA regular season title, Towson returns CAA Player of the Year
Tyler Tejada and
Dylan Williamson, who earned All-CAA Second Team recognition. The Tigers have won at least 20 games in four consecutive seasons and have an impressive 44-18 record in league play since the 2021-22 season.
