TOWSON, Md. – A second half goal from
Emma Levin allowed the Tigers to come away with a draw and their fifth CAA point in a 1-1 decision against Hofstra. Towson remains tied with Drexel in second place with five points.

"It felt really good to tie up the game," Levin said. "[
Kale'a Perry] was dribbling down the line and we've been practicing crosses so I just made sure to get there, time it right and score. It felt amazing to celebrate with my teammates. It's so fun to score and celebrate with my teammates."

How It Happened:

- The attack continued for Hofstra through the first 15 minutes before Towson calmed the game down and played the Pride even for the remainder of the first half.

- The get-the-ball-to-Perry tactic was on full display in the second half as she routinely beat the right back to put in a cross or a shot towards the keeper.
- The strategy paid off in the 61st minute when a Perry cut back put the ball at the feet of Levin who put it to the back of the net.
- Hofstra nearly got a break away before White made a smart decision to tug on the Hofstra player's shirt, bringing her down. It was a clear yellow card but also prevented a great scoring opportunity for the Pride.
