Stewart Reaches 1,000 Career Digs as Tigers Top Stonehill & Quinnipiac

TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University volleyball team opened competition at SECU Arena on Friday with matches vs. Stonehill and Quinnipiac.
 
The Tigers held Stonehill to a .008 hitting percentage in the first match, leading to a dominant three-set victory for the Black & Gold.
 
In the evening match, the Tigers fended off Quinnipiac's strong third set to win three sets to one.

  • Towson held a .264 to .008 hitting percentage advantage in the match.
