TOWSON, Md. – Towson University women's soccer fell 1-0 to the Penn Quakers at Tiger Field on Sunday.
The Penn goal came in the 87th minute with the Quakers attacker slotting the ball into the near side lower 90 for the goal.
"Today was a hard fought, back and forth game. The team with less mistakes, wins. Unfortunately, we weren't as clean as we needed to be. I am proud of how we never gave up and created chances even in the last minute. Penn is a quality team that really challenged us. Keagan came up with a brilliant save in the first half. Now, we prepare for conference play and being on the road for the first three matches," Towson head coach
