Myles Jackson will be entering his third year as the Director of Basketball Operations in the 2021-22 season.

The Towson University women's basketball team added a former student manager to its staff as an Assistant Director of Basketball Operations, Myles Jackson, in September of 2018. After one year as the assistant director, Jackson was elevated to Director of Operations in the fall of 2019.

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Tigers 2019-20 schedule was cut short. In the 2020-21 season, Jackson coordinated effort to keep the team safe and healthy while playing at SECU Arena and on the road. He crafted travel plans and schedules while adhering to COVID-19 testing protocols and unique other measures put into place.

In the 2019-20 season, Jackson coordinated all schedules for the team and coaching staff. Jackson constructed travel itineraries and schedules for longer trips to San Diego and Puerto Rico, along with the conference schedule.

As an undergraduate at the university, Jackson was a scout team player and student manager for the team for four years. He assisted with the scouting and film breakdown for game preparations, as well as day-to-day management of team activities assisting the Director of Basketball Operations.

"It is a pleasure to welcome Myles to our staff," said head coach Diane Richardson. "He has been an integral part of this program as a senior manager and has shown his 'all in' commitment. I look forward to his energy and enthusiasm!"

His experience as a scout team player and student manager gave him a foundation relationship with the staff and student-athletes leading into him being hired on full-time. In the summer of 2018 he also was a camp coach for the men's basketball head coach Pat Skerry's Men's Basketball Camp.
