The New York native spent his first three seasons with the Black Knights as an assistant and was elevated to Associate Head Coach prior to the 2024-25 season. DiClemente helped lead Army to 25 wins a season ago, the second most in team history. In the first round of the Women's National Invitational Tournament (WNIT), the Black Knights defeated Bryant, 59-58, to win the program's first-ever Division I postseason contest.

Army was 66-55 overall and 43-29 in conference play during DiClemente's four seasons with the team. He coached the 2023 Patriot League Rookie of the Year and recipients of ten different all-league honors while with the Black Knights.

Prior to West Point, DiClemente was an assistant coach for the Adelphi women's basketball program. The Panthers were 56-32 overall and 38-21 in league play over four seasons. In the 2019-20 season, Adelphi finished the season ranked 11th nationally in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Division II Coaches Poll with a 27-3 overall record. In the WBCA East Regional rankings, the Panthers finished first.
