Shusterman helped Towson earn a 6-1 win over Mount St. Mary’s in its dual match opener last Thursday. Shusterman combined with Barbora Vasilkova for a 6-2 win at No. 2 doubles. The duo dropped the fewest games of all doubles matches. She also earned a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 5 singles defeating Erin Benefiel. She was the only player to drop just one game in singles play. The win was the Tigers’ seventh straight win over the Mount. She holds a 5-1 singles record and a 4-1 doubles record in fall play this season.
