Freshman Maddie Bove earned her first Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Rookie of the Week honors after helping Towson go 2-0 in the final weekend of regular season play and earn the program's first berth in the CAA Tournament. The Tigers limited William & Mary’s strong offensive attack to 10 shots in a 2-0 victory on Sunday and held Elon to only six shots in a 2-0 triumph last Friday. It was Towson's first win over William & Mary in series history.
