William Bachelor, a junior, hit his first ever hole-in-one on the 158-yard, three-par seventh hole. His performance highlighted the Tigers’ strong showing in which they finished sixth overall at the Hartford Hawk Invitational for a second consecutive year. It was the first hole-in-one by a Towson men's golfer since Chris Scialo accomplished the feat in the first round of the 2010 Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) championships at the Homestead. Bachelor carded a five-over final round 76 to finish the tournament at four over par.
