What was your favorite memory from this past season and why?I really enjoyed going paintballing with my teammates and our staff. It was cool to see our coaches away from the court and it was also a fun way to end our 'Rise and Grind' preseason workouts.
What are your plans for the summer?I will be going home for the first semester to be with family and work out there. I will be coming back to campus in July to get better with my teammates and prepare for the upcoming season.
What part of your game are you going to work on most?I will spend a lot of time working on my defense and my ball handling. Defense is the focal point of our program – guarding my man and being a good teammate on the defensive end is what we're all looking to be better at. And then being able to handle the ball better will help to expand my game.
What are you going to focus on most during the season next year?My toughness - from the beginning of the preseason until the end of the season. I also just want to let the game come to me and stop thinking too much when I step on the court.
What are your goals for this coming season?I want to become a big piece of our success. Having to sit out last season was extremely tough. I wanted to be out there with my teammates on the court. I'm looking forward to contributing this coming year in any way that I can.
