Time to Hit the Road: After wrapping up a five-match home stand with a pair of 3-0 sweeps, the Tiger volleyball team is back on the road this weekend. Towson travels to Hofstra (Nov. 6) and Northeastern (Nov. 8) for its final two CAA road matches of the regular season.
Tiger Tracks: The Tigers ran their current win streak to four straight matches with a pair of 3-0 victories over College of Charleston and UNC Wilmington. Freshman
Jocelyn Kuilan leads the Towson attack with 358 kills, 29 service aces and 47 blocks. Senior
Haley Pa'akaula has contributed 329 kills and 336 digs. Seniors

Kyana Miller continue to split the setting duties. Schuber has posted 733 assists and 22 service aces while Miller has 528 assists and 181 digs. Redshirt freshman

Scouting the Opponents: Hofstra enters Friday's match having won three of its last four matches. The Pride are led by
Veronika Kostova who has 374 kills and 53 blocks.
Leticia Valente has contributed 313 kills and 92 blocks.
Hannah Klemm has dished out 1,178 assists while
Luisa Domingues has 361 digs.
Northeastern will play two matches before welcoming the Tigers to town on Sunday. The Huskies host James Madison on Thursday night and Delaware on Saturday. Entering Thursday's action,
Brigitte Burcescu has a team-high 325 kills and 200 digs.
Jamie Bredahl has 534 assists, 140 kills, 242 digs and 28 service aces.
Series History: Hofstra leads the all-time series with the Tigers 41-13. The Tigers have won two straight however in the series, including a 3-0 victory when the two schools met in Towson earlier this season.
Sunday's contest will be the 32nd all-time meeting between the Tigers and Huskies. Northeastern leads the series, 19-13. The Tigers have won three straight in the match-up after sweeping the season series last year and claiming a 3-1 victory when the two squads met earlier this year in Towson.
I'm Honored: A pair of 3-0 sweeps that moved Towson into second place in the CAA standings, saw three Tigers honored as the CAA released its players of the week on Monday. Junior outside hitter
Jessica Lewis took home Offensive Player of the Week honors for the first time in her career. Lewis had 29 kills (4.83 per set) with a .417 hitting percentage and 19 digs. Redshirt freshman libero/defensive specialist
Anna Holehouse was named the Defensive Player of the Week. She posted 41 digs (6.83 per set) with five assists and four service aces. Holehouse was honored for the third time this season (twice as rookie of the week, once as defensive). Freshman right side hitter
Jocelyn Kuilan was named the Co-Rookie of the Week. Kuilan had 24 kills (4.00 per set) while hitting .326 with seven digs, four blocks and an assist. Kuilan became the first CAA freshman since
Jamie Bredahl in 2013 to earn CAA rookie honors in four weeks. The Tigers have now claimed the CAA Rookie of the Week in six of the 10 weeks its been awarded.
900 or Bust: Senior
Haley Pa'akaula has been a consistent force at the net for the Tigers during her career. Pa'akaula has 329 kills this season and 891 for her career. Pa'akaula needs nine more kills to become the 16th player in program history with 900 or more kills in her career.
Battling for a Spot: This weekend is a crucial one for the Tigers as they head out on the road. The CAA Championship will be held at the site of the highest seed with the top six teams advancing. The Tigers who have secured a spot are now working on securing one of the top two seeds. If Towson can hold on to one of those spots, they would have a chance to host or at least secure a bye on the first day.
Up Next: Following this weekend's action, the Tigers return home to host James Madison on Friday, Nov. 13. The Tigers will honor their four seniors prior to the start of a match that could have seeding implications. Towson then wraps up the regular season by visiting Delaware State on Sunday, Nov. 15.
