Krissy Unger carded a five-over-par 77 and the Towson women's golf team climbed one spot on the team leaderboard as play wrapped up at the Low Country Intercollegiate on a wet Sunday afternoon at the Moss Creek Golf Club.

Since setting the school record with a two-under-par 70 during the final round of the Kiawah Island Spring Classic on March 3, Unger had shot four straight rounds 79 or over. However, the junior bounced back on Sunday with Towson's best individual round of the tournament.
Unger's strong final round allowed her to tie for 25
th overall in the 81-player field with a 36-hole score of 160 (83-77).
Towson (331-321=652) shaved 10 strokes off its first round score and moved up one spot on Sunday to finish 10
th in the 15-team field. Through their three spring tournaments, the Tigers have improved upon their round one score in each tournament.
Princeton and Wofford tied for first place (42-over-par 618). Princeton won the team title off a pre-determined rules tiebreak. The tiebreak was the final-round score of the fifth non-qualifying team scorer. Princeton's Tenley Shield shot a 12-over 84 to beat Wofford's Meaghan Higgins' 16-over 88.

Larissa Spiess (86-81=167) cut five strokes off her round one score and tied for 48
th with teammate
