Butler added a two-run single and Henze delivered a two-run double to left center as part of a six run third inning.
Howerton added to the lead in the fourth with an RBI single to left center, and then followed Blosser's two-run double with a sacrifice fly in the sixth.

The Hornets (5-12) managed just seven hits, but were aided by three Tigers errors to score their seven runs, four earned.
