Weekend Road Trip To JMU Excites Towson

TOWSON, Md. – After enjoying a satisfyingly sweet 76-60 win over UNCW Thursday, the Towson University men's basketball team immediately shifts its attention to Saturday's colossal Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) meeting against James Madison.

The Tigers are on the road in eight of the nine CAA weeks, with most of them involving a Friday bus ride or flight. Towson is looking to improve its road mark while keeping James Madison winless at home in conference play. Towson's 3-point defense will be tested by the Dukes, who are second in the CAA in 3-pointers made per game (9.6) and third in 3-point field goal percentage (.378). Towson is second in the CAA in 3-point field goal percentage defense (.306).
