Winners of five straight in the series, Towson hit .403 in that match as Lindsay Flaherty recorded her 400th career block in the win.

Saturday's match will be the 52nd all-time between the Tigers and the Dukes. The Tigers, who have won two straight in the series, claimed a 3-0 victory when the two squads battled in October. Jocelyn Kuilan had 10 kills and hit .643 in that match.

Hitting the Closing Stretch: With their win over Hofstra last Friday, the Tigers clinched a spot in the upcoming CAA Tournament which will be held Nov. 18-20 at UNCW. The Tigers, who will be making their third straight appearance in the tournament, still do not know where they will be seeded. In additon to Towson, the field will be, College of Charleston, Northeastern, James Madison, Hofstra and Delaware. The seeding for the tournament will be set after Sunday's matches that conclude the regular season.

I'm Honored: Towson redshirt sophomore Anna Holehouse was named the TowsonTigers.com Student-Athlete of the Week on Tuesday. Holehouse anchored the Tigers' defensive efforts in a pair of wins over teams ahead of the Tigers in the CAA standings, including first-place Northeastern. She had 32 digs (4.57 per set) with a perfect reception percentage of 1.000 for the week. In Sunday's win over Northeastern, she recorded the 1,000th dig of her career. She also added 13 assists and four service aces for the week.

Seeing Double: Towson enters the final weekend of the regular season leading the CAA in double-double performances with 45. Six Tigers have accounted for those 45 double-doubles. That group is led by freshman Marrisa Wonders, who has a CAA leading 18 while senior Jessica Lewis has added 14.

A Kill Machine: Senior Jessica Lewis had 17 kills against Northeastern, raising her season total to 413 kills. She currently ranks ninth in single-season history at Towson for total kills. Lewis became the 11th player in program history with at least 400 kills in a single-season. It's the third straight season a Tiger has recorded at least 400 kills (Saitaua Iosia-2014, Jocelyn Kuilan-2015, Lewis-2016).

Can You Dig It: Redshirt sophomore Anna Holehouse reached a career milestone in Sunday's win over Northeastern. Holehouse had 21 digs in the match, which raised her season total to 412 and her career total to 1,008 digs. She became the 15th player in program history with 1,000 career digs and the first since Paige Sekerak in 2013. Holehouse is just the second player in program history to reach the mark as a sophomore (Alison Essink).
