TOWSON, Md. – The Towson women's gymnastics team welcomes Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania to SECU Arena for the Shelli Calloway Memorial Invitational on Friday. Feb. 12 at 7 p.m. The Tigers will recognize former Tiger gymnasts and coaches at the conclusion of the meet.

The meet will serve as the Tigers' home opener after Winter Storm Jonas cancelled the Jan. 24 meet against UNC, Southern Connecticut and West Chester.

Fans are encouraged to welcome back the Tiger alumnae by wearing your favorite Towson shirt to receive a $5 ticket.

All Towson home meets will feature poster giveaways, T-shirt tosses and a post-meet autograph session with Towson gymnasts. Fans will have a chance to enjoy the Family Fun Zone which includes poster-making, Dress Like a Towson Gymnast, face painter, balloon artist and gymnast cutouts.

Towson is coming off a second-place finish at the UNH Invitational last weekend, falling to the host University of New Hampshire and earning wins over Bridgeport and Brown. The Tigers recorded a season-best team total of 194.575 and set season-high scores on the uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.

Sophomore
Gabriella Yarussi led the Tiger effort, tying for second-place on the balance beam with a career-high 9.900. Yarussi became just the 10
th Tiger in program history to earn at least a 9.900 mark for that event.

Towson travels next to the University of Iowa for a dual meet on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 4 p.m.
