TOWSON, Md. – Kyle Wilhelm has joined the Towson University gymnastics team as the squad's volunteer assistant coach, announced by the team on Wednesday.
Wilhelm comes to Towson after being the assistant gymnastics coach at Team Central Gymnastics Academy in St. Louis, working with developmental program gymnastics athletes. He also was a coach for Olympia Gymnastics in St. Louis.
While an undergraduate at Bowling Green University, he served as a student manager for the Falcons gymnastics team for four seasons from 2022-25.
He joins a Towson team that is coming off its third EAGL Tournament title in four seasons, sending six individuals to the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional. Towson dominated in the 2026 East Atlantic Gymnastics League awards with four yearly award winners and 23 All-EAGL selections.
Wilhelm graduated Cum Laude from Bowling Green in 2025 with a degree in political science, minoring in advertising.
