BATON ROUGE, La. – Six Towson University gymnasts took one last competition on Thursday at the first session of the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional Second Round on the campus of Louisiana State University.
For five of the six, their Towson careers came to a close in the postseason:
Polina Belanovski,
Isabella DeCroo,
Adriana Hoffman,
Isabella Minervini and
Celia Trotter.
Jocelyn Lannon competed in the NCAAs in her first year of collegiate competition.
Minervini highlighted the Towson performance, finishing third in the all-around at 39.275 and tying for fourth on vault at 9.850.
Towson's season concludes as the 2026 East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) champion and 41
st in the Road to Nationals rankings.
How it Happened for Towson (in Rotation Order)
- Rotation One
- Starting her all-around push with Stanford, Isabella Minervini was the lone Towson competitor in the first rotation, earning a 9.850 on the vault.
- Rotation Two
- Isabella Minervini continued her all-around play with Towson's lone bars routine, earning a 9.825.
- Jocelyn Lannon had her vault following Utah State, finishing with a 9.775. After North Carolina was on beam, Celia Trotter performed and finished with a 9.600.
- Rotation Three
- Rotation Four
- Polina Belanovski lined up one last time on the vault following North Carolina, sticking the landing for a 9.800.
- On the floor, Minervini finished the all-around with a 9.800.
Inside the Numbers
- Isabella Minervini competed in four NCAA Tournaments, twice with a team and twice as an individual.
- Among the teams in the regional, Stanford and Michigan advanced to the third round with teams scores of 197.175 and 196.600. North Carolina, with a 196.250, and Utah State, 195.750, concluded their seasons.
