TOWSON, Md. – Towson University gymnast
Isabella Minervini has been honored as a Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) Second Team All-American for uneven bars, announced by the WCGA on Monday.
This is Minervini's second All-America selection in her career, being a WCGA First Team All-American on bars in 2024.
The top-16 competitors in each event, slotted by National Qualifying Score (NQS), earn All-America recognition, with the top-8 being First Team and the next-8 being Second Team.
The 2026 EAGL Gymnast of the Year was the bars champion of the league, finishing with a 9.930 NQS in the event. Finishing No. 14 nationally in the event, the senior from Fleming Island, Florida finished first on the bars in nine meets and earned at least a 9.9 on bars seven times, having a season-high 9.950 twice.
Minervini and five other Towson gymnasts are set to compete as individuals in the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional on Thursday, April 2 at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. CT.
