TOWSON, Md. – As the No. 13 Towson men's lacrosse team gets ready for the final game of a three-game home stand to open the 2016 season, the Tigers take time to reflect for First Responders Appreciation Day.
With a noon start against No. 17 Georgetown at Johnny Unitas ® Stadium, Towson welcomes the Baltimore County Police Department, the Baltimore County Fire Department, the Blue Valor Foundation and the Greater Chesapeake Region American Red Cross.

Before the action begins, there will be a moment of silence in honor of two members of the Harford County Sheriff's Department, Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey and Deputy First Class Mark Logsdon, who were killed in action on Feb. 10.
Between the first and second quarters, there will be a special ceremony honoring the Greater Chesapeake Region American Red Cross and their efforts.
