Christine Turpin, a registered sports dietian, works closely will student-athletes to help the Tigers fuel properly for practice and competition. In the first episode, Turpin is joined by Kelly McQuilkin, a junior defender on the women's lacrosse team.
Turpin and McQuilkin create an easy grab-and-go option for breakfast, a banana-berry roll up, to help fuel student-athletes for the day.
