Featured Fruit: Peaches

Peaches are in season from June to August so capture the goodness of these fuzzy fruits before the growing period is over!  Peaches are mostly water, remember foods help attain proper hydration status too.   This juicy fruit also contains vitamin A & C, (antioxidants for a strong immune system), potassium (for muscle contraction and plays a key role in electrolyte balance) and folate (used treat types of anemia).
Eat them as a grab and go snack; top them with a dollop of Greek yogurt to have as dessert or blend them into your favorite smoothie – Peaches!
