Towson Falls To No. 7 Alabama

CONWAY, S.C. – The Towson University softball team dropped a 17-0 decision to seventh-ranked Alabama in the second game of the Kickin' Chicken Classic hosted by Coastal Carolina Friday afternoon.
 
Maddie Wilson, Brook Miko and Dylan Jarvis each had hits for Towson. Wilson and Miko opened the top of the fourth innings with consecutive hits.
 
Towson split its two games and will take a 1-1 record into Saturday's games against seventh-ranked Alabama at 10 a.m. and host Coastal Carolina at 5:30 p.m.
