TOWSON, Md. -The Towson University women's swimming and diving team will travel to Annapolis, Md. to compete in the Navy Invite on Oct. 19. Johns Hopkins and William & Mary will also be competing on Friday. Teams will compete in Lejeune Hall on the Navy Campus beginning at 4 p.m.
The Navy series (Navy leads 15-0): In last meeting between the squads the women dropped a 159-135 decision.
The John Hopkins series (Towson leads 19-7): The women won the last meeting between the two teams 212-82.
The William & Mary series (Towson leads 11-9): The Tigers fell to William & Mary 135-127 last season.
Last time out: Jacki Schoening led the way for the Tigers on the women's side by winning the 100 and 200-yard backstroke. Sarah Locke finished in first in the 200-yard butterfly (2:06).
Emily Wilson captured the 3-meter
diving competition with a final score of 271.55.
