TOWSON, Md. – Head coach Sonia LaMonica has released the 2018 fall ball schedule for the Towson University women's lacrosse team.  The Tigers are slated to play six different days against nine opponents to prepare for the 2019 season.
 
Towson, which reached the NCAA Second Round last season, opens fall action this weekend at the University of Maryland Play Day. On Sunday the Tigers take on Virginia Tech at 12:15 p.m. and the host Terrapins at 1:30 p.m.
 
Next Saturday, Oct. 6, the team travels to Annapolis for the Navy Play Day where the Tigers will play four scrimmages against Navy, Arizona State, San Diego State University and Saint Joseph's.
 
The next three weekends Towson will play two scrimmages at home and another at the US Lacrosse Headquarters. On Saturday, Oct.13 the Tigers will host Ohio State at 9:30 a.m.
 
Saturday, Oct. 20 Towson will travel up the road to the US Lacrosse Headquarters to take on Duke at noon and will wrap up fall action five days later hosting Johns Hopkins at 7 p.m. at Johnny Unitas ® Stadium.
