TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University women's lacrosse team has updated its promotional schedule for the remaining home games of the 2019 season.
Saturday's home game against Yale will be the Hometown Heroes game. Part of a doubleheader with men's lacrosse, the Tigers are hosting first responders from the greater Baltimore area. There will also be teams from the True Maryland club program to great the Tigers as they are introduced and play a mini-game at halftime.
Following Saturday's game, the local first responders will play a lacrosse game of their own. Towson will be signing posters for fans postgame as well.
Next Tuesday, April 2, the Tigers host local foe Johns Hopkins. The 7 p.m. game will be in conjunction with Own Your Roar and highlighting mental health awareness. Own Your Roar is a student organization founded by Towson gymnast Olivia Lubarsky and more information can be found here about its platform:

On Friday, April 12 the Tigers host Elon and it will be the One Love game. The One Love Foundation is a Baltimore-based organization focused on educating young people on healthy and unhealthy relationships. The game will also be the Alumnae Appreciation game with a presentation celebrating former Tigers.
Sunday, April 14, Towson will host William & Mary in a Youth Day. There will be an autograph session postgame as well as a youth clinic hosted by the Tigers after the game.
The regular season finale on Sunday, April 21 will be Senior Day as Towson hosts Drexel. The five members of the class of 2019 will be celebrated with their achievements before the game.
