TOWSON Md. – Towson University softball team split two games Saturday afternoon verses Charleston in Tiger Softball Stadium.
The Tigers fell 5-1 in the opening game but with a hit to right field by
Madison Wilson Towson took the second game 4-3.

- The Cougars got on board first in the top of the third and took an early 1-0 lead.
- After back-to-back fielder's choices and a single to left field by Stockinger, Towson regained the lead in the bottom of the third going up 3-1.
- Charleston added to runs in the top of the sixth to tie the game 3-3.
- After bases was loaded in the bottom of the seventh Wilson singled to right field giving Towson the 4-3 victory.
- Melissa Abrahamian pitched a complete game for the Tigers and had six strikeouts.
