TOWSON, Md. – The Assistance Center of Towson Churches is the Revere Bank Hometown Hero of the Week for the Towson University football game vs. Villanova on Sept. 21^st as Towson and Revere Bank honor those who have had a strong, meaningful impact in the community.
 
The Assistance Center of Towson Churches, which started in 1985, provides emergency help for the homeless, including food, eviction and utility cutoff prevention, payment for prescriptions and lunches.  Several churches and donors across 19 zip codes in Baltimore County support the center, which has a team of over 60 trained volunteers.  For more information, visit www.actconline.info.
