Cheerleading Announces Virtual Tryout Protocol

Videos & Medical Paperwork Due May 1

Paperwork to Include: Video Requirements:

Tumbling
  • 3 standing tumbling videos (3 connected elements ex: BHS BHS Full)
  • 3 standing tumbling videos (single element ex: BHS, Standing Tuck, Standing full)
  • 3 running tumbling videos: straight tuck/layout/full, specialty tumbling pass
Jumps
  • Triple jump sequence including: Toe Touch & Pike
Cheer
  • Required Towson Cheer (posted on the Instagram page on April 26: TowsonCheerleading)
  • Cheer of choice
Stunts
  • 3 stunting videos of the position you're trying out for (display great technique)
Interview
  • In full Game Day makeup, hair, bow
  • Introduce yourself: Full Name/Age/Incoming Class/Position you're trying out for/Game Day or Comp Team/Previous cheer experience/Why you think you will make a great Towson Tiger
