PHILDELPHIA- With the highest opening score in Towson University gymnastics history, the Tigers captured a second-place finish Saturday night in a tri-meet with Temple and Eastern Michigan.
The Tigers finished with a score of 193.925, while Eastern Michigan scored 194.300 and Temple scored 192.400.
Towson opened the night on beam earning a 48.2. Then on floor scored a 48.950, next was vault and the Tigers scored a 48.900 and ended the night with a 47.875 on bars.
