TOWSON, Md. – The Towson University men's basketball team will appear on national television multiple times this season as part of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) package on the CBS Sports Network, announced by the league on Tuesday.
Towson will be on at least twice on the CBS Sports Network: on the road at Drexel on Monday, Jan. 3 at 8 p.m. and at home on Tuesday, Jan. 11 vs. Hofstra at 5 p.m.
These games are part of a conference TV package with the CAA.
There is a possibility for other games for Towson to appear on the CBS Sports Network. There are two wild card games on Thursday, Feb. 17 and Saturday, Feb. 26, which will be decided as the top matchups possible towards the end of the regular season. In addition, the CAA Championship semifinal and final rounds on March 7-8 will also be televised.
In total, 16 men's basketball games featuring CAA programs will air on the CBS Sports Network during the 2021-22 campaign.
