TOWSON, Md. – Towson Athletics has announced new experiences for fans during the basketball season as well as ticket plans and information for the season opener against UAlbany on Nov. 7 at 7 p.m.

The game against the Great Danes will have a banner raising ceremony pregame to honor the 2021-22 Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) regular season title. The game will also feature a t-shirt giveaway for the first 1,000 fans as the Tigers Go Night Mode against UAlbany. We are looking to pack SECU Arena, so get your tickets today.

In August, Towson announced that beer sales will be added to the concession stands for university sporting events at Unitas Stadium and SECU Arena. The new option for attendees 21-and-over brings Towson's events in line with other professional and Division I collegiate sporting events in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

The Towson University athletics department have added beer sales to the gameday experience for the 2022-23 season. For men's basketball games, beer sales cease at the eight (8) minute media timeout during the second half. At women's basketball games, beer sales cease at the end of the third quarter. There will be a limit of two (2) alcoholic beverages purchased at a time. An individual must be at least 21 years of age to buy alcoholic beverages. Everyone, regardless of age, must present a valid ID for each purchase. Alcohol may not be dispensed to any individual who does not present proper ID upon request. Alcohol may not be brought into or taken out of the venue. Fans attempting to smuggle alcohol into SECU Arena will be subject to removal from the facility, loss of ticket privileges and/or arrest. All concession stands will operate in a cashless point of sale format to increase speed of service.

The Towson Athletics ticket office has launched the 3-Point Play ticket package for the three non-conference home games against UAlbany, Coppin State and Navy for just $30.
