FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Towson University women's basketball team faced off against in-state rival #14/17 Maryland this afternoon in the Fort Myers Tip-Off. The Tigers (3-2) battled against the ranked Terrapins (5-2), but Maryland pulled away late to pick up the victory.
Skye Williams put up a season-high 19 points with three rebounds and three assists, while
India Johnston had a career-high 17 points on 60% shooting from the floor.
